About

City Seminary of Sacramento is dedicated to the training of pastors and ministry leaders for effective service throughout the world by providing quality distance education in the Reformed confessional tradition.

Faculty and Class Size

City Seminary intentionally keeps its student population and class sizes at a level where individual attention from faculty and staff provide a robust learning environment. Due to our low 3-1 faculty-student ratio, student success is enhanced.

Graduate Employment Rates

CSS prepares students for active ministry. Historically, students graduating from CSS have either entered into, or continued, in active full-time or part-time ministry. From 2022 thru 2024, 80% of our graduates entered full-time ministry.

Pablo Landazuri

Dean of Students at Seminario de Reformado de las Americas. He holds the following degrees: BS Industrial Engineering (1999), San Francisco de Quito University. Industrial Engineer (2000), San Francisco de Quito University. MBA (2002), Autonomous School of Business Management, Spain. M.Div. (2013), Mid America Reformed Seminary, IN. Th.M. (2021), Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, MI. He is also involved in the ministry of Covenant Reformed Church in Pella, IA serving as a Missionary Pastor to Ecuador, serving at Luz de Vida Reformed Church (2013-present). He was also the Coordinator of the Pastoral Formation Program, Quito, Ecuador (2019-2021).

Our goal is very simple:
“Every student called to the gospel ministry should be able to graduate from seminary free from tuition debt.”
